About
Me and My Belief
At 30, I've already lived through so many vivid and unpredictable chapters. I've been lifted to the crest of life’s waves—and I've also been pulled under, struggling to breathe, wondering if I’d ever resurface. But it was in those moments of hardship that I cultivated resilience and the courage to be unapologetically myself.
Over time, I began to realize: when we don’t get what we deeply long for, it’s not because we’re not enough. It’s because we are worthy of something even better.

For four years, I worked in management consulting, collaborating with business leaders across industries. One thing many of them had in common was the tendency to seek answers from the outside—expecting consultants to diagnose problems, craft strategies, and fix what’s broken. And so, I played the part. I carried the mindset of “fake it till you make it.” But over time, this role conflicted with my inner values. I’ve always believed that the most authentic answers come from within. No one knows what you truly want out of life more than you. Only you can become the architect of your own dreams.

So, I made the decision to leave that seemingly stable career path. I moved to Yilan, a quiet countryside in Taiwan, to do work-exchange, far from the rush of city life. There, surrounded by nature and stripped of societal expectations, I finally gave myself permission to listen to my own voice—to meet the parts of me I had long ignored, and to start paving my own path, one that felt honest and true.

My Journey
Maybe it’s because I’ve been tossed around by waves too many times—whether in love, career, family, or simply trying to navigate daily life. I’ve hit walls I didn’t know how to climb, and felt emotionally and physically drained. But those moments also brought me inward.

I started reading about mind-body practices, tuning in to podcasts on mental health, and exploring spiritual growth. One day, I stumbled upon the term "Life Coach," and something clicked. It felt as if I had come home to a part of myself. I knew in my bones—this is my calling.
It was a profound sense of alignment: this work, this way of guiding and being with others, mirrored my deepest values and natural strengths.
Today, I am an Accredited Life Coach, and I hold space for people who are ready to meet themselves again—gently, courageously, and with compassion. I hope to walk alongside those who are open-hearted, in sync with this mission, and ready to explore life beyond the surface. Through deep listening and meaningful guidance, I’ll support you in finding your way forward.
