1 - Standing Still Before You Leap

  • Lynn's Story: After graduation, Lynn waited half year for her school offer and scholarship while others moved forward with jobs or master. She taught ESL for minimum wage and wrestled with self-doubt.

  • Session Focus: Embracing the pause, redefining what progress looks like, and trusting your path.

2 - Unsure What You're Doing Abroad

  • Lynn's Story: Chose Australia for its proximity and scholarships, unsure of what came next. Her master’s program became a way to buy time and discover new possibilities.

  • Session Focus: Owning your choices, finding value in uncertainty, and allowing space to explore

3 - Belonging & Companionship in New Lands

  • Lynn's Story: Started out sticking to fellow Taiwanese students just to avoid loneliness. Over time, she grew into her own, attracting friends who aligned with her true self.

  • Session Focus: Authentic connection, letting go of fear-based relationships, and leaning into your evolving self.

4 - Language Barriers & Quiet Courage

  • Lynn's Story: Despite years of English study, she struggled with accents and real-life conversations. With courage and plenty of funny missteps, she finally felt at ease.

  • Session Focus: Releasing shame around language, embracing vulnerability, and building confidence through practice.

5 - Fear of Failure Abroad

  • Lynn's Story: Near graduation, others had PR visas or job offers—Lynn didn’t. Fear and pressure to “succeed” loomed. She still landed her first full-time job in Australia.

  • Session Focus: Dealing with comparison, redefining success, and celebrating your milestones.

6 - When the Dream Doesn’t End as You Hoped

  • Lynn's Story: Despite her efforts—language, work, visa applications—she couldn’t stay due to the pandemic. Coming home wasn’t a failure; it was a transformation.

  • Session Focus: Making peace with “not making it,” reclaiming your growth, and starting anew from a stronger self.
